Refund policy

If your item is faulty, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

If your order is not working as expected or arrives damaged during delivery, please contact our support team. We will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis and organise a replacement where appropriate.

Please note that the purchaser is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. If you believe your item requires return or replacement, contact our team at store@officetechsupply.com.au and we’ll look into it for you.
