Order Processing & Delivery
Once we receive your order, we typically process and ship it within 2–5 business days, depending on product availability. Shipping times may vary based on demand and location. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer both standard and express shipping options. Pricing is based on order value and speed of delivery:

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
If your item is faulty, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
If your order is not working as expected or arrives damaged during delivery, please contact our support team. We will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis and organise a replacement where appropriate.
